One of Hire Resolve’s leading construction clients in Lesotho is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to execution
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as necessary
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
- Supervise and manage on-site teams, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety compliance
- Conduct regular site inspections and implement necessary corrective actions
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and financial records
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals
Requirements
- +20 Years experience within construction specialising in concrete bridges
- National Diploma in Civil Engineering or higher
- Professionally registered with ECSA or SACPCMP
- Experience in launching of bridges and Precast beam launching
